Don Scholl is one of the country's leading consultants to the profession. He brings over thirty-five years of experience to each engagement. Don has designed many development programs for CPAs including Management For Results, The Senior Seminar, Discussion Leader Workshop, and Strategic Planning for CPA Firms. His consulting services have ranged from Management Audits and Firm Reviews to Partner Retreats and Staff Training Programs for over 200 CPA firms located in 42 states, Canada, and England. Over the years he has served the AICPA, state societies, CPA/CA firm associations, and many local, regional, and national accounting firms as discussion leader, lecturer, and advisor.

Named one of "the 100 Most Influential People in Accounting" by Accounting Today, Don is co-founder, past president and director of Inpact Americas (an international association of local and regional CPA firms); and, co-founder, past president, and now an advisor to the Board of the Association for Accounting Administration. Don's writing includes articles in Pennsylvania CPA Spokesman, the Colorado CPA Report, the AICPA's The Practicing CPA, and Accounting Today. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board and a contributor to the CPA Administrator's & Manager's Report. In addition, he is a contributor to the MAP Handbook.

Don is the distributor to the accounting profession in North America of the Predictive Index™, a psychological profiling instrument used in recruiting, counseling, and promotion decisions. It is currently being used by more than 60 CPA firms of all sizes.

Don is a member of the American Society for Training and Development. He is a graduate of Haverford College and has studied at Temple University and the Barnes Foundation.
