What is the Predictive Index™?
The Predictive Index (PI) is a unique in-house management tool that has been helping executives throughout the world recognize and develop their leaders and strengthen their firms since 1955. Developed by Arnold S. Daniels, the Predictive Index is based on proven behavioral science techniques. Available in more than 50 languages, the PI identifies workplace-related strengths and provides a clear picture of people at work, allowing you to make informed decisions that work for you, your employees, your clients and your firm. The Predictive Index is used by more than 2300 large and small firms in almost every industry worldwide, of which more than 60 are CPA firms.
The Predictive Index is a two part program: 1. Annual published service fees (which cover unlimited use of the PI and all materials, as well as related research and support services); and, 2. the Predictive Index Workshop (an intensive three day training program designed for those firm members who will administer the PI).

How is the Predictive Index Interpreted?
You and/or your management team are trained to interpret the results in an executive workshop conducted by experienced PI Consultants. Workshop participants learn how to analyze the information provided by the PI to better understand and manage their people and to more effectively lead their firms. The associated Consultants of PI Management Resources offer continuing support and consultation to all PI clients.
About the Predictive Index Workshop
The workshops are for CPA firm members only and are open to current and prospective PI clients. Each workshop is an intensive three day program scheduled from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM each of the first two days and 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM on the last day. It is critical that all participants remain until closing time each day, so please schedule your travel itinerary accordingly. Costs for the Predictive Index Workshop are at the training fee of $1,785 per participant plus a pro-rata share of administrative costs (including facility charges, lunches, and coffee breaks). In addition, each participant is responsible for his or her own room, board (other than lunches) and travel.
